Karen B's Story
The Southwicks were delighted by the frame (and by the way, awed by your lovely packaging). I've attached a picture for you that kind of says it all. Speedy was named after a very obvious feature he exhibited early on - he was simply fast, like lightning, knocking things over willy nilly. Among many other goofy habits, he liked to sleep in the bathtub, drink from a drippy kitchen faucet, and birdwatch out the back windows. He was only 6 years old when he died on December 12. Thank you for your kindness, and your charm. I hope 4 Paws values your excellent customer service as they should.

Christina's Story
 Recently, my brother and sister-in-law suffered the terrible loss of their beloved French Bulldog, Biggie. Biggie was very much an important part of our family. "Son" to Paul and Lo, "Grandson" to my Mom and Dad, and "Nephew" to my other brother and myself. Biggie's loss was very sudden, unexpected, and shocking.
Upon hearing about Biggie, I was very distraught and I immediately wanted to do something special and meaningful for my brother and sister-in-law. I spent the evening "googling" pet memorial sites and thus came upon the wonderful site of 4 PAWS FOREVER. I took some time searching on the site and read some customer's stories, but still felt uncomfortable ordering online.
The next morning I called the company and was connected to a lovely woman named Karen. After only speaking with Karen for about a minute, I knew that I had made the correct decision when choosing the 4 PAWS FOREVER site. Karen was compassionate and caring, she took the time to answer ALL of my questions, and, she just made me feel confident about the product I was ordering. She even went above and beyond by customizing the card that would be sent to my brother and sister! Additionally, prior to sending out my package, she e-mailed me a photo of what the contents of my package looked like, so I would know exactly what my brother and sister would be opening.
The package arrived in record time and I can't even describe how happy Paul and Lo were to receive it! The workmanship of the wind chimes was stellar and the overall appearance and quality of the package and products were beyond my expectations!
Needless to say, in the event of another unfortunate loss of a pet, I will be returning to the 4 PAWS FOREVER site!!!!! Karen, it was an absolute pleasure "meeting" you and I truly appreciate everything you have done for me!!! It is without reservation that I recommend the website of 4 PAWS FOREVER to any consumer in the market to buy a pet memorial gift!

Wombat's Story
The beautiful wind chimes arrived yesterday. My husband and I hung them up immediately. Thank you for the very special card. The image of Wombat modeling my paw pendant is forever in my mind. She was such a special soul ! I'll miss her day & night forever. It's been such a struggle losing her yet the one standing comfort in all of this is the incredibly unique paw pendant that remains close to my heart.

i received your little package last night and was so moved i can't even tell you.
everything was just perfect. the beautiful little card you made with his photo, and the tree planting; what a wonderful and thoughtful thing to do, it just brought me to tears.
And the way everything was so carefully wrapped and put together, it seemed so tender and cared for, i was very touched.

I stumbled in my grief on the 4pawsforever.org website. I only knew that I desperately wanted to have something to remember Sam by. I wanted a part of him. Sam was our dog for 12.5 years. He traveled with us from Illinois to Florida, where we now reside. Sam was a gentle giant. At his best, he weighed in at a strong 115 lbs. He was like a small pony! Strong and protective, Sam had a little bit of akita, lab, collie and wolf in him. Yes, wolf. At least that is what we were told. He was very protective of his family and had been known to nip a few friends when he was younger. Sam mellowed as he aged and became a "father" to our other 3 dogs. Sam never liked 'people' food until he was older. Unless it was dog food or MEAT he would turn his nose up. He did not like regular dog toys either. His favorite toy was a plastic gallon milk jug. Empty of course. Sam had severe hip dysplasia towards the end. He often could not get up and his rear end just withered up. The once giant dog was crippled. We made the difficult choice to end his suffering. 4 pawsforever gave me hope on the day I stumbled on the website. My daughter had made a paw print and I quickly sent it to 4pawsforever to be made into a bead on a bracelet with his name on it. I plan on wearing it every day. My package arrived yesterday - WOW! I couldn't get the package opened fast enough to see the infinity pendant I ordered to honor our beloved Murphy. The packaging is just like everyone said - perfect and special. The piece is so beautiful. I cried when I saw our Boy's name and his tiny little pawprints that circle the pendant. You can tell this piece is one of a kind - the workmanship is superior to anything I've seen on the market today. Thank you so much for this beautiful tribute to our most precious Boy. Murphy was a character who brought so much joy to our lives everyday just by being there. My heart warms every time I touch my neck or hear my chimes. My Mom told me how much time you spent with her on the phone to pick out the perfect gifts. It shows how much you care, down to your cute paw print packaging to your beautiful writing on all the cards.
It has been 2 1/2 weeks and still cry everyday, but these precious gifts make my heart a little lighter.

So far everyone we have shown the pendants to have been very impressed with the quality and original design idea.
